Sept. 19-21, 2025 Annual Conference

We thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor! This year's conference is Sept. 19-21, 2025 at The Seaside Convention Center on the Oregon Coast. 

Booth fee for 2025 is $2,500 per booth.  With up to four reps per booth.

Representatives are welcome to attend all presentations. Our tax ID # is 93-1009464.
Please join our growing list of supporting exhibitors:

The exhibits may be set up at the Convention Center between the hours of 8:00AM to 4:00PM Friday Sept. 19, to be ready for  registration starting at 12:PM-8:PM. 

Exhibit hours on Saturday will be 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and from 6:PM-8:PM Saturday, Sept. 20.  Then take down after 8PM--(Exhibitors are welcome to stay up for the Sunday session.)

Exhibits can then be taken down. Exhibitors material can be mailed to Seaside Convention Center 415 First Avenue, Seaside, Oregon 97138

Representatives are welcome to attend all presentations and functions. Badges will be provided for those representatives attending.
